BVSC Conferences Website Launched!

BVSC today launched its new ‘BVSC Conferences’ website which includes full details of the conference facilities and event management services available at the organisation’s Centre for Voluntary Action headquarters which is situated close to The Bullring at 138 Digbeth.

The website – which also includes information on pricing and catering options and several special offers and discounts – can be accessed at

BVSC Conferences is part of BVSC’s well-established social enterprise trading arm, BVSC Enterprises, which reinvests 100% of its profits back into BVSC the charity in order to enable its work in supporting the city’s community and voluntary groups and volunteers.

BVSC’s Chief Executive, Brian Carr, said “BVSC has been able to sustain itself through many challenging times thanks to the success of our social enterprise trading activity, which includes BVSC Conferences as well as tenant space at The Centre for Voluntary Action and a range of back office support services for community and voluntary groups in the city. The income generated from these activities goes back into the work of the charity and has enabled us to keep several key support services free at the point of delivery for Birmingham’s volunteers and voluntary groups – increasingly a rarity in these difficult times. Most importantly, this self-generated income helps us to remain truly independent so that we can continue to advocate effectively for the interests of Birmingham’s community and voluntary sector.”

The new website also includes space for customer reviews which are already showing positive customer feedback. Carly Mason from V Inspired commented “The team has been great in the lead up to the event and then so helpful on the day. Great facilities, would not hesitate to recommend. Everyone should use BVSC!”
